Snow clumped up, no instructions, container came broken. But overall fun to build

Unfortunately it was my mistake to not fully read the description. I saw the product and thought it was very interesting and ordered it. It was DIY kit I received, I might have attempted to build it but absolutely no directions came with it or on the website. So I pretty much lost $40 ish. And won’t be buying anything else from this company.
