I purchased two units—one worked perfectly, while the other was defective. I contacted customer support, and they promptly arranged a replacement part and provided a clear tutorial on how to install it. The customer service was excellent, and the product quality is good overall. I would highly recommend it. The only downside is the pricing and coupons, which could be more competitive and buyer-friendly.

True scale size

I previously purchased the RC 1/64th scale micros but these are a true 1/643th scale and works very good. Got full motion control for all the movements. Looking forward to more construction equipment in the future
