Regency Leather Dress Shoes

The shoe leather is not of good quality like was shown in the picture. I want to know how to return the shoes.

Good shoes. Seem lioe good quality.

They arrive d safely in a plastic bag the shoes seem to be crinkle but either I took them out of the plastic and let them stay room temperature some of the crinkle fell out. But all in all for the price is good. Have not warned them yet I purchased two pair the black and the brown we'll see how they hold up I hope well
