It is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she will love it (I do too)! Service was fast and it is adorable!

I absolutely LOVE the canvas BUT i gave them this score specifically because the Customer Service seems NON EXISTENT! I was worried i hot scammed since my order didnt update for like 5 days, i emailed them several times to get an update and not one response. Also the phone number doesnt even ring but goes straight to voicemail. So i am really surprised i actually got it! Its unfortunate about the customer service cause i have many people that saw my canvas on facebook and wanted to know where i got it from but i refused to tell them BECAUSE of the lack of customer service.
