New DA97-12594A Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Chute Gasket for Samsung

First off, the part that I ordered was listed as working with my fridge. When I got the product and attempted to install it, the piece wouldn't fit because the gasket was thicker than the OEM part. I proceeded to email WholeParts and they did not respond. I emailed them a second time to inquire about what could be done, and again they ghosted me. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend anyone else placing an order from them. If the product doesn't fit, they will not stand behind what they are selling. Very fraudulent company.
