Games dont start when you try to load them. Some games make the psp turn completely off. Only the GBA emulator works.

It was almost in perfect condition. It was well packaged, but I don't recommend paying extra for a higher capacity micro SD card, since neither the PSP nor the Vita were full of games. Otherwise, it's fine.
