Bump & Redness Recovery Kit

Just after a couple days of use, I already seen and felt improvement from the hypochlorus acid spray on my Tragus and flat helix piercing. Was experiencing irritation after accidentally sleeping on them, accidentally bumping them, and needing an upsizing. Looking forward to seeing how the bump solution and bump gel help as that takes some time before seeing results, but already happy with purchase and would use again in the future for new piercing and I would recommend. The products arrived but I can’t use them. Customer service is very slow to respond. It’s been a week since I’ve reached out via phone, email, and requested a return. No reply which is the reason for 3 stars.
