I have tried Brain Power on days where I didn't get much sleep and is a great pick me up that gets me through the day without that tired fog. I will be getting more and recommend it to my friends.

My new go-to for alertness and acuity

These capsules take a bit of time to start working, so they're no substitute for a caffeinated beverage if you need a quick hit. But with that slower onset comes a steadier effect over time, a longer duration, and a more gradual ramp-down. And the 100 mg of caffeine per dose is for 3 capsules, so each contains ~33 mg – great for metering it out, which I do regularly. Having tried these, tea feels weak and everything else feels like a blunt instrument. I still keep Jocko Go energy drinks on hand for when I want a quick hit and/or a shorter duration, but Brain Power is my default at all other times. What a great product!
