Sculpt & Lift Shapewear

I am now trying to get used to wearing the shaper. I have never wore one in a while so it’s gonna take me a minute. How often should I wear eight hours three hours what I just want my body to shape like a hourglass thank you for the product, the sculpture shaper thank you so much. I appreciate it. Need to get more kind will melt my belly. You know my stomach so I could look even 100% thank you
