I have a few suggestions.
First, I think the holes connecting each chain link are a bit too small, so the chain gets tangled easily.
Second, I think you should place the 925 stamp on the back or somewhere on the piece, because some people may forget, especially when they have a lot of items to keep track of. That would be very helpful.
Third, I love the certificate of authenticity so much, but there’s still some free space on it. If you could include details about the piece, such as the materials and stones used, that would also help a lot for the group of people I mentioned above.
