Vanity was chipped and return complicated

Buyer beware! If you wish you return the item there is a 20% restocking fee and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to the company. I’m in VIC and to return our broken vanity was quoted at $165.00 minimum. Initially I opened the box and saw a chipped vanity, I accepted the $80 off offered to resolve but a week or so later decided in fact for the quality I’d rather just return. I was told if I wanted to do this, despite the damaged vanity I would need to pay the $165 shipping and 20% restocking fee. Terrible result.

Great little unit

Ordering was fast and simple. Delivery was super quick. And the unit itself is great. Very happy with the look, and value for money.

Caution description was misleading

The basin top was not on the side we ordered.
