This is not a blanket review, because those always get five stars. A blanket I ordered for Xmas arrived and it was the wrong color. I sent an email and with in 15 hours, they had shipped a new one to me, at no charge. As this is two weeks before Xmas, I was a little concerned I wouldn’t have it in time. I already have shipping information. This five star review is going directly to the customer support staff who handled this so quickly and without question.
