Excellent robe and customer service

10/10 product. The colours are really nice as opposed to other quite drab options in the outdoor robe market. It kept me super toasty after outdoor swims. The quality is high and it has lots of handy features such as huge products. This company also has excellent customer service. I originally ordered in medium but needed a small, and Ian responded quickly and I soon had my new robe. For sizing advice I’m female 5ft 4 and a dress size 14 and opted for the small which has plenty of room and I can change within it. I’ll be certain to re purchase from this brilliant small business!

Amazing Product

So very pleased with my purchase, a Christmas present for my wife. The Adventure Robe is excellent quality, very cosy and certainly lives up to expectations! Size is generous giving plenty of room for winter jumpers, but doubt you’ll need them. Delivery was within time given and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

I've received my Elemental Adventure Robe and I'm so pleased with it, it's a wonderful item and feels so nice to wear. I had to send my first one back for an exchange as I picked the wrong size but nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people. From start to finish communication was excellent and they went that extra mile with their customer service. I can't recommend them enough. I shall enjoy wearing my robe on holiday in Scotland over Christmas feeling happy that I've got a wonderful item from a wonderful company.
