My 2 sons and I decided to locate the blind on top of a small rock outcrop. With an approximate drop of about 20' to the side of the field where the deer usually travel. The blind with the see-through walls has pretty much blended in with the mossy rocks standing trees. With the addition of some additional branches and a few tree roots securely hooked into the loops on the blind, it's almost impossible for other hunters to even notice that it's there. Much to our delight, the deer also don't notice us in the blind. At 81 yrs. of age, I still hunt with a bow. Of course, I use extensive odor control methods. Bagging my outer jackets & pants with Cedar bows, using soaps for body & clothes and also H20 proofing and odor blocking sprays for the blind itself. In the past 2 yrs, deer have come up to and sniffed the blind and on occasion, even bedded down. When I have the windows down even the little birds are fooled and often hop right inside with me. Which certainly gives me a thrill, unequaled to all the years that I've hunted and not been able to be soooo close! I certainly would highly recommend these blinds to anyone wanting to get up close & personal with wildlife. Mr. George E. Rough
