Yummy! I generally prefer darker roasts. This is wonderful and has the elements I like from darker roasts without the heaviness. It's nice and round on the palate. Some nutty notes and a nice umami fullness in the mouth that is the epitome of "coffee". Moderate bitterness and pretty light acidity. Moderate mouthfeel, flavor has staying power in the tongue (mid/back), mid/long finish down the throat. I use raw sugar because of the flavor it adds so, if you use white sugar, your flavor notes will be different. I'll be buying this again!
