Digital copy not mentioned on website! I wanted a hard copy for that price! No refund offered as sent digitally. No use to me! Unhappy and feel I have been duped!

Very unhappy and they are refusing to issue a refund. The ad listed a “hardcover book” but all i was sent was a pdf file. NOT what I ordered and paid for. I have reported fraud to my credit card company.
