Sleep Posture Pillow

My physio recommended this to me to try and help me sleep comfortably with a long term neck and shoulder issue. I was wary as I have purchased so many different cervical pillows in the past couple of years,none have helped. But these offer a great guarantee that you can return if it does not work. I went and ordered it came quickly and it did take a few days to get used to how low it is but it's a fantastic product!

I like the pillow but think the measurements might not be right to sleep dead on the side, i'm 5ft 6 with shoulder bone to neck measurement of 13cm was recommended this pillow but my shoulder ends up at an angle to find a comfortable position but i reckon if i got a size up would be uncomfortable

In short surprised! The comfort of this pillow and the 8cm height (I'm 5'1") made a significant difference to the stiff neck & arm tingling which woke me up repeatedly during the night Combined with using another soft pillow to support my knees in side lying I rate this pillow as highly effective. Thank you
