I think this is a game changer! Feels like too much play in the back for me so i also got a 14 to try (im usually size 16) but I bloody love them, so much more comfy than my kmart ones and I dont feel as concious now.

Great but runs small

They definitely work for holding everything in but they run a bit small. I’m usually a 10 so got size small & mediums but definitely need a large if not XL.
