Beautiful ring - poor after sales service

I absolutely love the ring itself – it’s beautiful and very well crafted, and initially I was thrilled with my purchase. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the wrong ring size being sent. I contacted the company to resolve this and they were very helpful and responsive at first. However, communication stopped completely after I queried whether the size sent was actually the size I ordered and asked about returning it for an exchange. In the end, I had to take the ring to a local jeweller to be resized at an additional cost. They also informed me that there was no hallmark on the ring, which raises concerns about whether it is truly 14K gold as advertised. I would advise UK customers to be cautious when ordering, as ring size conversions don’t appear to be consistent between companies, and my experience with customer service was ultimately very disappointing.
