Get Possessed CD

Mike definately went above and beyond when I emailed the company to find out why it had been 11days since I had ordered from them and still had no status about the merchandise I ordered for my grandson, I immediately received an email back from Mike apologizing and explaining what happened with the order and assured me it would be sent out immediately and the very next day I received confirmation from the company that the item had been shipped and would be delivered within the next couple days and 2 days later my grandson received his CD so in my opinion this company is outstanding in customer service and big known companies should take note and learn customer service skills from Razor To Wrist Records!!
