Dog sweatshirt runs small

I have a sweatshirt purchased for my dog several years ago. It is a size medium and fits her perfectly. She is a west highland terrier . I ordered a new one in medium a few weeks ago and It is way too small. I had to return it.

Love the hoodie I purchased for my dog. Can’t wait to get the other two I ordered.
