Russian Caravan

I’ve dealt with this company over the years, and their customer service was always excellent. Until last November, when I received the wrong tea in the correctly labeled Russian Caravan package. Emails have been ignored, someone at the store promised a replacement when I called in early December, but to date, almost 6 weeks later, nothing’s been done. Very disappointing.
