This is the best thing going. I have an offset smoker and it works amazingly well, saves on charcoal and wood, Keeps the smoker at a set temperature even overnight. Well worth the money I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the DigiQ DX3 set up several weeks prior to Thanksgiving in order to use it with my Old Country BBQ charcoal smoker for the holiday. Unfortunately, I did not receive the ball value adapter needed to connect the fan with the smoker. I sent an email informing DDR of the issue and received the adapter in expedited fashion. I am very impressed with the DigiQ system but even more pleased with the customer service I received after the fact. I will not hesitate to buy from DDR in the future for any of my BBQue supply needs. Highly recommended.
