Love the towel!
Grippy - but not too much. Great for my Ashtanga practice and love that it has a corner sewed in to hook on your mat so it doesn't slide!

It's a great product and I'm very happy I bought it! It's perfect on the mat, it absorbs sweat and provides better grip, even though the mat itself is already very grippy (more than other mats that I've tried) which also impressed me. I really like the little fold in one of the corners of the towel, because, when I put it under the corner of the mat, it keeps the towel in place on the mat.
