14k evil eye star charm

The charm is supper cute, but as soon I took it out of the packaging and put it on my necklace the charm literally fell off the loop it came with. I was able to put the charm back in to the loop but it fell off again like 5 minutes later. Now im just worried itll fall again and I will probably have to get a different loop for the charm in order for me to wear it without it hopefully falling off. I think for the price one is paying for, I shouldnt have to worry about potenially loosing my charm.
