Beyond Impressed

I am beyond impressed with Sinful Food LLC! It’s so rare these days to find a company that delivers this level of customer service. After discovering them at the Orem Farmers Market, I decided to place an online order for Christmas gifts. The package arrived quickly, but unfortunately, a cooling pack had leaked and damaged some of the packaging. Thankfully, none of my Blackberry Balsamic Vinegars were affected. I reached out to Chris, and he responded immediately. Even though I was out of cell service that day, he kept trying to reach me and, once we connected, he went above and beyond to make things right. He personally hand-delivered replacement items and chocolates, along with a thoughtful gift for the inconvenience. In my 50+ years, I’ve never experienced customer service this genuine and kind. Accidents happen, but the way Chris handled the situation was outstanding. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, and I’ll be telling everyone I know how awesome Sinful Foods is!
