Build Your Own Liter Regimen Duo

Ordered shampoo & conditioner, got followup offer to stock up at a discount after I placed my order. Took advantage of that, but 2 of the 4 bottles ordered had the pumps extended and leaked in the packaging. Made me wonder if they were manually opened because the pumps have to twist to unlock. This its my fav shampoo/conditioner, even with fine hair.
