Not Happy

All the good reviews made me so excited for this rose. I have looked at other sites and could not find this particular one. When I found it her it on your site I was so excited. This was supposed to be my birthday present🥺. The plant I received was all black and root rotted. The only green was at the tips and does not look promising. This was a very disappointing buy.
