Replacement Remote Control for Ceiling Fans

Perfect replacement. Better to look online to program it than booklet. Easily found. Fans can have two controllers. Bought this one as a back up. Identical to OEM

Worked like a charm. Gotta remember that you need to unpair the first remote and then re-pair both. Thats the only problem I ran into. Now both remotes work the fan like a 3 way switch. One for upstairs and one for downstairs.

Works great but pairing instructions are wrong. Had to go to the Artica website for correct pairing instructions. Easy from there. Below are CORRECT instructions from website. Artika remote pairing instruction on this webpage is confusing. The correct instructions in the owners manual (page 22) is correct. 1. Turn off the power to the fan and wait at least 15 seconds. 2. Turn the power back on. You will hear the fan beep once as soon as you flip the power on. 3. Immediately, within the 10 second window, push the remote fan on/off and light on/off buttons simultaneously and hold both down. You will then hear "1" beep-that indicates the remote is now paired to the fan. 4. Immediately release the two buttons. NOTE: If you continue to hold both buttons down and not release, you with then hear "2" beeps-the remote is now UNpaired and will not work! Releasing the two buttons after the "2" beeps, you will have to repeat the programming all over again starting from step 1.
