Great workbook, positive and educational tone, lots of room to write out your reflections and affirmations to help you focus as you learn.

Started going through this with two open and caring friends and we are all enjoying the analysis and discussion. Some of the pages and reading will be difficult - emotionally, and possibly intellectually - if you haven't wrestled with systemic racism and "default whiteness" before. I ruminate a lot, and read Uppity Negress already, so it isn't all new. But the reflections always offer something to really think about.
