Not bad but not the best coata rican i had. Has a very roasty taste and seems a little over roasted for a soecialty medium roast. Ive used different water formulations making my own coffee water and different grind sizes as well as water temps and even after a 10 day rest the notes decribed dont exist. Not worth 53 bucks for two pounds but it’s good average tasting coffee. The smell is way better then the taste thatd for sure.
