One print was incorrectly resized, resulting in jagged lines, making the print look pixelated. The other print has “a distressed look” that just looks like damage, which admittedly is in the listing pictures, but ONLY if you zoom in on them, not listed in the discription at all. When i contacted support about my issues, i was met with “its designed like that” for the distressed print and my issues with the second print were not addressed at all. They offer no refunds. After replying with my disapproval of their “solution” to my issue, they have not responded when i asked for a refund, forcing me to contact my cc company.
