Have helped my sleep overall, due to the noise reduction. Were a little uncomfortable initially because I have sensitivity in my ears, but this has eased within a week if using them and I find them comfortable now.

He usado los tampones loop para dormir, se adaptan al oido y sellan completamente, disminuyen mucho el ruido y no se mueven del sitio o te desaparecen a mitad noche como pasa con los tapones de goma. He leído malas opiniones, y claro que puedes escuchar algo del ruido externo con ellos puestos, pero son mucho más eficaces y cómodos que los tapones convencionales.

Not 100% match of expectations
The silicone part outside my ear is uncomfortable when I sleep on my side. Also, the noise reduction could be better — for me, the usual foam-type earplugs seem to block out noise more effectively. It looks like I might have to invest in a more expensive pair and see if that works better for my preferences.
