She says quality is not nice.
The size (S/M) is the smallest available and unfortunately still doesn't fit well (too big). I guess no return policy is somewhat reasonable for a small business; unfortunately there is no size smaller even to attempt an exchange. We will not be shopping here again because of size unpredictability (I guess because of quality concerns too).
