I love the shoe! However I did not take it out of the box until I was packing for our trip to Switzerland. When I tried them on my heel kept slipping out, I tried to add pedals but still didn’t help. There’s an index finger width of space between my heel and back of shoe. I was so upset with myself for not taking the time to try on before our trip so I could exchange for smaller size. I will definitely do that when I return to US. It is such an adorable shoe!
