Peru Las Damas de San Ignacio Fair Trade

Disappointed

The coffee was advertised as "The Peru is Full City (light) roasted and medium in both body and acidity. Expect notes of orange, caramel, and brown sugar." The coffee I received was well roasted beyond Full City to the degree it tasted like burnt carbon.

Love this coffee!

This is a new coffee for us and from the first sip we really love it. Such depth of flavor, both bright and slightly sweet. Plus every sip supports a great organization and cause!
