I bought an XL size but realized it was a little smaller than I needed. I contacted TideWe and got it exchanged for a 2XL with no hassle. FYI - These jackets run on the small size because I wear an XL on any other jacket or coat.

Love the heated vest. The 3 Zone heating is outstanding. The entire setup is considerably heavy and the 3XL jacket is actually a 2XL in size. I'm 6-5 300 lbs and zipped up I'm snug as a bug in a rug. If you're a big 3XL this might not be your coat to get.
