Nice Variety in the Weekend Essentials

So far everything I have fixed is tasty good. I loved the hot dogs. I've made the chuck roast and treated it like a ribeye. YUM

So far, we've only tried the beef tips. I made a stew with them using my husband's favorites - potatoes, carrots, and onions. I cooked it in the crock pot and it came out wonderful. The meat was tender and very tasty. I am planning to do some burgers this week. So far, so good. I will say that the care you took in packaging the meat for shipment was stellar. Great job and I am so glad to support American ranchers. You ROCK! Keep up the great work you are doing in feeding Americans good quality meat.
