Absolutely fantastic! I ordered a bridle, but when it arrived, unfortunately there was an issue with the noseband. I contacted Masego straight away, and without hesitation they sent a new one, which I received just a few days later. Throughout the entire process, I had such a lovely and customer-friendly dialogue with the staff. I am more than satisfied with the product, and the delivery went smoothly. I am SO HAPPY to have purchased from Masego, and I can’t wait to buy a bridle for my own horse as soon as he is backed. I really love the design and quality. Love how easy it is to use with or without the bit. The fit is also great. Overall an amazing and gorgeous bridle worth the money.
