Beautiful citrus flavor

There is a depth of flavor, as with all the Sinful Food oils, which is difficult to describe. Blood oranges tend to register as sweeter than ost other oranges for me, and this is true here, too, but the tangy citrus is definitely present. Mixed with the Peach White balsamic, it made a fantastic dipping sauce for bread as part of an appetizer course.
