Going to be honest, my 1st effort to purchase these hats, was met with me being sent a tracking number, and those hats not being shipped for nearly 3 weeks. That being said, the minute I contacted customer service, they recognized the issue, and promptly sent me my order. Will do business again, because customer service is on point!

Already my 4th hat and I love them. Fits perfectly and like all the different styles and designs.
