Smells good, bad communication

Positives: these scents are SPOT ON. So awesome. Negatives: the car diffusers do not last long at all. I think you’d be better off getting their other products! Their customer service is not communicative. I had an issue with it being shipped to my old address, realized immediately after I hit purchase, so I contacted them on their site, gave my order number, and new address and apologized for the inconvenience. They never reached back out, and instead my order shipped to my old address 12 days later. Thank god I was able to just grab it from the mailbox.
