Fulda - Embroidery Patterned Silver Chain Bracelet

Overall, the bracelet is pretty ok. However, the lineage gap is a bit larger than what I'm used to. Still ok, but after waiting for over a month, it kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I really don’t wanna say this, but I have to. There is a style and size issue on the specific item. And I have contacted to the customer service. You have to pay out your own pocket to ship this back internationally to UK. The shipping price is almost the same as I purchased this bracelet. This situation does not make me very comfortable. But more surprisingly the customer service suggest me to ship this product to some other buyer. it actually makes me think my product it was coming from the last customer who was not 100% satisfied. I don’t feel the returning system are matured. Please think carefully before making a decision on any purchase of this company.
