Lyra Off Shoulder Maxi Dress

Cute but irritating

Decent quality, nice color (I got the purple one), but the off shoulder flap part kept rising up. It almost looked like a cowl neck. If you're wearing it to an event where you have to move your arms a lot, I'd say maybe choose something else. When it did rise up though, it didn't look awful, I just preferred how it looked the way it was actually supposed to.
