Excellent Costa Rican was a true medium roast. I got it for my daughter for Thanksgiving and she loves it. The best Roasters I found on the internet I prefer a lighter roast but my daughter loves that one she likes the medium. If you want coffee roasted like it should be make sure you buy from bkg
