Love this product! As someone with quite dry skin, this helps me get my sessions off the ground and greatly improves my friction :)

I have dry hands. I think it works as I’m holding on to slabs much better now. Or it’s mental :)

Super dry hands

I really like the Spit. My hands are very dry and causes the beginning of sessions to be filled with dry fires and overgripping to combat the slick dry hands. the Spit really helps give them some moisture with out and oily feeling. I highly recommend checking it out. P.S. the Spit does freeze if you leave it in your car on a cold night.
