Premium Ceremonial Matcha (Nono Blend)

Cute and perfect for the kitchen counter. So easy to grab a spoonful from canisterinstead of fiddling around with opening package. Love the inner lid to keep it airtight.

Love the signature it’s perfect for latte, just the right amount of umami and nutty notes as expected from a good quality smooth Yame. Though as an Usucha, it may be too bitter on its own. The matcha really shines with latte. At this price point for 100g, it’s not too bad. One thing I hope they’ll improve is the bag it comes with. It’s a ziplock bag, but I found it didn’t close very tightly. Comparing to a tin, ziplock bag do not have the same air tight seal. Do prepare to put the matcha bag in an airtight container to be assured and prevent moisture and oxidation. Hope they’ll advise that on the bag or improve on the seal especially when bought in huge amounts.
