Danche is located just a few kilometers from the famed Chelbessa washing station and consistently produces immaculate coffees year after year. In the cup we find Earl Grey tea, watermelon, peach, and lively citrus acidity.

I try roasters from all over the country and I haven’t found a V60 combo that I like with this coffee. I’ve tried finer and coarser, slower/faster pours, aggitation/none and this coffee just doesn’t do it for me.
