I had purchased this belt almost a year ago. Over the last few months the unit was not holding a charge. I contacted Customer Service and after reviewing my problem they quickly sent me a replacement belt. This belt is so relaxing, I use it daily and was very appreciative of their fast response. It is so good to do business with such a reputable company. They really value their customers concerns. So far, so good!

While I’ve only had this for a few weeks, I’m really enjoying the LED belt! I like the vibration in addition, as I have suffered with low back pain for many years. I’m hopeful that long term, consistent use will prove to be a helpful tool on my path to recovery.

I really like it and I actually felt relief with some back pain after 30 minutes of use Howwver it would be nice if i could fold it for travel so i laid it flat in the felt bag they include with the belt in my suitcase. Also i am very slender and i cant seem to get the Velcro strap to fit me properly. Maybe i just need to play around with it more. When you ask questions about the product , it takes a long tome to get a response even though they encourage you to reach out.
