SHADOW WORK - Very Dark Roast

Perfect moisture content and complex flavor

I expected average but was honestly surprised with how fresh these beans were. Nice color and sheen. When I ground them up they didn’t turn into a powder like a lot of beans. They stayed the perfect consistency for brewing. Wonderful aroma and the taste was strong without being bitter.

Awesome Coffee!
